Shermag, headquartered in Sherbrooke, Québec, for the last 25 years has built a reputation as a leader in design, production and distribution of high quality residential furniture.
In 2009 Shermag was purchased by Groupe Bermex Inc., headquartered in Maskinongé, Québec. Founded in 1983, Groupe Bermex is one of North America’s largest furniture manufacturers and now with the purchase of Shermag, currently has 14 manufacturing plants, one development centre, two distribution centres and administrative offices with head office located in Maskinongé.
Shermag channels it’s distribution in North America into 3 distinct channels, independent retailers who specialize in high quality home furniture, national mass market chains and major department stores.

In January 2011, Shermag launched two new division’s of fine upholstered furniture. DEZMO –will offer the latest trends in home decor to budget wise consumers in a wide variety of fabrics, bonded leathers as well as quality leathers. LIINZ ‐consists of two collections: Manhattan and Cosmopolitan.
